Your wheelchair should not be driven through puddles or across streams/rivers. It is an electrically powered device, with motors low to the ground.
CRITICAL! Your wheelchair has electric motors and must NEVER be driven through water or into rivers, creeks, or the sea.
The range of Magic Mobility wheelchairs differs depending on usage and build factors including the battery option selected, weather, frequent stops/starts, or long straight drives. Different terrains will also have an impact on power consumption. Our advice is to familiarize yourself during your daily routine and read the battery section in the owner's manual.
Generally, with proper care, all the batteries we supply can last up to three years for normal or moderate wheelchair users. For heavy users who drive long distances or on challenging terrain each day, all the batteries we supply may last up to two years. Please see the owner's manual for further details on batteries and battery care.
Lower tire pressures provide more traction in mud, sand, and snow. For use on firmer surfaces, tire pressures may be increased depending upon the weight of the user, their preferences, and their driving capability. The range of the wheelchair improves with higher pressures. Please refer to your owner's manual for further information.
My local mechanic thinks my tire pressures should be higher so I can move easily from on to off-road.
Tire pressures should be adjusted according to the terrain you are driving on, and there is no such thing as the "right" tire pressure for either on or off-road. When on pavement, higher tire pressure is better, as the chair will get improved range and similar comfort. If the tire pressure is too high for off-road, it may cause damage to the steering or bearings, and the off-road capability will be significantly reduced. If possible, set the pressure according to the conditions, and before you go off-road, reduce the tire pressure. This way, you won't cause any harm if you drive it on the road until you reinflate the tires. We strongly recommend you refer to the owner's manual and don't exceed the pressure ratings in the graphs.

Generally, you can expect a credit or refund, less a restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.

Repair and replacement
Customers should contact the agent from whom the product was purchased. Magic Mobility will, at our discretion, repair/replace items that are considered faulty at time of manufacture.
The availability of replacement units is subject to the discretion of the agent, not the manufacturer. For more information regarding replacement units, contact your Magic Mobility agent.
Voiding of warranties
Installation of components by an unauthorised agent will void the warranty. If non-Magic Mobility parts are used or installed, it may void the warranty and effect the powerchair’s performance.
Servicing to controllers or other electronic equipment must be carried out by an authorized agent. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items will void the warranty.
Batteries
Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to being left in a discharged state or left in poor conditions (extreme temperatures, unclean or damp environments) is not covered under warranty.
Your powerchair is not covered under warranty if it is submerged in water or is exposed to corrosive liquids.
Please note that salt water is considered highly corrosive and proper cleaning care and maintenance as described in this manual should be followed.
Extension of warranties
Warranty must not be altered, waived or extended. An extension to the warranty period is authorized
by Magic Mobility on Magic Mobility documentation.

The Magic Mobility powerchair is under full warranty for the first twelve (12) months from the commencement date. This warranty does not detract from, but is in additional to your legal rights.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Damage or corrosion due to misuse, accidents or alterations. General wear and tear (tyres, batteries, upholstery, scratches, damage). Accidents, including collision, fire, theft and riot. Alterations including modification and tampering. Repairs performed, or replacement parts installed by any person other than an Authorised Agent.
A replacement part or accessory not conforming to Magic’s specification.
REPLACEMENT/REPAIR PARTS
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Parts replaced under the warranty period are solely covered for the original warranty period
of the powerchair.
SPARE PARTS WARRANTY
Spare parts under the warranty period (current models): There is no extended warranty for parts.
Spare parts outside the warranty period (current models): A replacement may be offered, but has a limited 60-day warranty.
Spare parts (legacy models): A replacement may be offered, but has a limited 30 day warranty. Electrical parts - a replacement may be offered, but Magic Mobility has a limited 30 day warranty. Magic Mobility will take reasonable steps to ensure that spare parts are available for 5 years after a model has been upgraded. Upon acceptance of goods at delivery, the purchaser accepts the “Terms & Conditions of Sale”.

Customers should contact the agent from whom the product was purchased. Magic Mobility will, at our discretion, repair/replace items that are considered faulty at time of manufacture.
The availability of replacement units is subject to the discretion of the agent, not the manufacturer. For more information regarding replacement units, contact your Magic Mobility agent.
Voiding of warranties
Installation of components by an unauthorised agent will void the warranty. If non-Magic Mobility parts are used or installed, it may void the warranty and effect the powerchair’s performance.
Servicing to controllers or other electronic equipment must be carried out by an authorized agent. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items will void the warranty.
Batteries
Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to being left in a discharged state or left in poor conditions (extreme temperatures, unclean or damp environments) is not covered under warranty.
Your powerchair is not covered under warranty if it is submerged in water or is exposed to corrosive liquids.
Please note that salt water is considered highly corrosive and proper cleaning care and maintenance as described in this manual should be followed.
Extension of warranties
Warranty must not be altered, waived or extended. An extension to the warranty period is authorized
by Magic Mobility on Magic Mobility documentation.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Frame, bogie and trailing arms, forks.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
The Magic Mobility powerchair is under full warranty for the first twelve (12) months from the commencement date. This warranty does not detract from, but is in additional to your legal rights.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Damage or corrosion due to misuse, accidents or alterations. General wear and tear (tyres, batteries, upholstery, scratches, damage). Accidents, including collision, fire, theft and riot. Alterations including modification and tampering. Repairs performed, or replacement parts installed by any person other than an Authorised Agent.
A replacement part or accessory not conforming to Magic’s specification.
REPLACEMENT/REPAIR PARTS
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Parts replaced under the warranty period are solely covered for the original warranty period
of the powerchair.
SPARE PARTS WARRANTY
Spare parts under the warranty period (current models): There is no extended warranty for parts.
Spare parts outside the warranty period (current models): A replacement may be offered, but has a limited 60-day warranty.
Spare parts (legacy models): A replacement may be offered, but has a limited 30 day warranty. Electrical parts - a replacement may be offered, but Magic Mobility has a limited 30 day warranty. Magic Mobility will take reasonable steps to ensure that spare parts are available for 5 years after a model has been upgraded. Upon acceptance of goods at delivery, the purchaser accepts the “Terms & Conditions of Sale”.
