The Cura360 2-Year Service Program Will Provide Annual Service For Your Scooter, Power Wheelchair, Or Lift Chair To Keep Them Running In Tip-Top Condition. When Your Device Is 1 Year Old, And Again When it is 2 Years Old, We Will Send A Certified Technician To Your Home To Provide Any Routine Inspections And Maintenance Required.

The Cura360 3-Year Service Program Will Provide Annual Service to Your Scooter, Power Wheelchair, Or Lift Chair To Keep Them Running In Tip Top Condition. When Your Device Is 1 Year Old, And Again When It Is 2 Years Old, And Once Again At 3 Years, We Will Send A Certified Technician To Your Home To Provide Any Routine Inspections And Maintenance Required.

What Will The Cura360 Service Program Cover?
- Inspection Of The Battery: Batteries Have A Limited Life. Over Time They Won’t Hold As Much Charge Than When They Were New. Don’t Be Caught Stranded, It’s Important That Your Battery Or Batteries Are Charging And Discharging Properly And Not Too Quickly And Without Getting Too Hot To Ensure Your Maximum Driving Range.
- Inspection Of Wheels And Tires: Depending on How Much You Use Your Mobility Device, You May Not Realize That Your Tires Could Be Worn, Leaking, Or Damaged. We Will Give Them A Thorough Inspection.
- Inspection Of All Mobility Device Functions: We Will Examine All Normal Functions Of Your Device As Recommended By The Manufacturer And Report Anything Of Concerns, For Example, Motors And Light Bulbs Will Be Checked For Proper Functionality Per The Recommendation Of The Manufacturer.
- Secure Any Loose Parts: Pins, Screws, And Nuts Can Loosen Over Time. We Will Ensure All Parts Are Properly Secured.
- Cleaning And Lubricating: Moving Parts Require Cleaning And Lubrication From Time To Time.
- Cura360 Will Look At All The device functions And, Following The Manufacturer’s Guidelines, Clean And Lubricate Them.
- Recommend Repairs, If Needed: Should The Cura360 Technician Find Any Parts That Are In Need Of Replacement Or Repair, We Will Provide You With A Detailed List Of Issues And Related Components. Often The Mobility Device Is Still Under The Manufacturer's Warranty, And These Parts Can Be Obtained At Little To No Cost To You. If Your Device Is Out Of Warranty, Cura360 Would Be Happy To Assist You In Procuring Any Parts You May Need.

Around 7 To 10 Days Of The Anniversary Of Your Plan Contract, Contact Cura360 Customer Service Team By Calling Us At 1-833-207-3433. We Will Validate Your Service Plan And Then We Will Schedule Your In-Home Visit Within A Time Frame Suitable To You. Please Note that it May Take Up To 10 Business Days For Technicians To Reach Some Remote Locations In The US.
