Return Policy

If the item/product you received is defective or not what you expected it to be, and wish to return the item, please submit a return request from my account section or contact our Customer Service department at 833-207-3433 or email us at [email protected]  

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition and in their original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a Customer Service representative.
  4. Returns shipped to addresses other than the original shipping address will not be eligible for a refund. Items received without a proper RA number may be refused or delayed.
  5. All custom orders and items of Hygienic nature are non-returnable.
  6. Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the credit and it will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  7. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Return orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $9.95 will be deducted from the refund.
  8. There are some products that have a specific return policy that is provided by the manufacturer of the item. Please refer to the individual product page for the return policy before you purchase the item.
  9. If a return is the result of a defective product or a shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

 Order Cancellation:

  1. Orders can be canceled up to the shipping cut-off time of 11 am CST each day, including Saturday and Sunday, without incurring any additional costs. Simply email us at [email protected] before the cut-off time to let us know.
  2. If you contact us after the shipping cut-off time, and we confirm that your order has already been allocated tracking or has shipped (which is most times many hours before you receive the shipping confirmation), your option will be to return it to us as per the Cura360 return policy.
