Cura360 Return Policy

If the item/product you received is defective or not what you expected it to be, and wish to return the item, please submit a return request from my account section or contact our Customer Service department at 833-207-3433 or email us at [email protected]  

1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of order. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition and in its original packaging.

3. Before returning any product, buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a Customer Service representative.

4. Returns shipped to addresses other than the original shipping address will not be eligible for a refund. Items received without a proper RA number may be refused or delayed.

 5. All custom orders, Folding Ultra Lightweight Manual Wheelchairs, Rigid Ultralight Weight  Manual Wheelchairs, Reclining, Tilt-In-Space, Standing Manual Wheelchairs and Heavy Duty Power Wheelchairs, Reclining Standing Power Wheelchairs, All Terrain Stair Climbing Power  Wheelchairs and items of Hygienic nature are non-returnable.

This is specific to Customized Manual wheelchairs and Power Wheelchairs, custom made vehicle lifts from manufacturers such as Ki Mobility, Motion Composites, foldawheel and Sunrise Medical, Magic Mobility (and several such custom made products) are custom built to the customer’s measurements to ensure the best fit to the size and shape of the customer. Due to this aspect, the manufacturers of such custom products do not accept a return as these products cannot be resold or restocked since these products are sized specifically for one person. Because of this, Cura360 cannot accept any returns on this product and further wish the customer to be informed of this topic and emphasize on the importance of accurate information and measurements when such products are ordered.

In general, the custom wheelchairs when ordered and put into production by manufacturer are not possible to return from that time.

6. Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the credit and it will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
7. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Return orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $9.95 will be deducted from the refund.
8. There are some products that have specific return policy that are provided by the manufacturer of the item. Please refer to individual product page for the return policy before you purchase the item. Please note, Cura360 return policy will also still be applicable for those products in addition to manufacturer specific return policy.
9. If return is the result of a defective product or a shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

 Order Cancellation:

1. Orders can be cancelled up to the shipping cut-off time of 11am CST each day, including Saturday and Sunday, without incurring any additional costs. Simply email us at [email protected] before the cut off time to let us know.
2. As mentioned before, cancellation of 'custom made wheelchairs are' not permissible after the order is placed and product is under manufacturing.
