Free And Standard Shipping
Most products over $49.99 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping*. For product orders under $49.99 shipped within the contiguous United States ship at a flat rate of $9.95.
All Wellness products qualify for free shipping on purchases greater than $24.99. Any Wellness purchase below $24.99 Shipping will be only $5.00.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and outside of the United States do not qualify for free shipping, and orders to those destinations cannot be completed online. See the Shipping Quotes section below for information on how to proceed with an order being shipped outside of the contiguous United States.
*There are a few products where the manufacturer adds a surcharge to deliver to certain US states in the lower 48. For these products, going to these select states, there will be an additional shipping fee. There are also some vendors that charge a premium for shipping, for these products we are not able to offer free shipping. See product pages for more details.
Po Box Address
Please note that some products ordered on the website may be shipped directly to you from our manufacturing vendor and some manufacturers will not ship to a PO Box address and require a physical address for delivery. If that is the case, we will contact you, it is best to avoid PO Box addresses.
Shipping Quotes For Alaska, Hawaii, Us Territories, And Outside Us:
For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and outside of the United States you will not be able to complete an online order as free shipping, or the flat rate shipping amount does not apply.
You will need to contact us in order to obtain a shipping quote for the product(s) you are interested in. Please be as specific as possible as the options for the product (i.e., quantity, size, accessories) will determine the weight and dimension of the shipping package(s) and thus the cost for shipping to your desired destination.

Our Customer Service Representatives will research the most affordable and efficient shipping method and contact you with the shipping quote. If you agree to the shipping charges, they will assist you in completing your order.
IMPORTANT: Please note the quoted shipping amount will only cover our cost to ship the item(s) to you so any customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by your country are not included in this quote and will be your responsibility. Some countries may also restrict the import of certain goods or require those goods to have specific markings such as a CE mark.
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm whether or not your country will impose any customs duties or taxes or what those fees may be. We also cannot confirm any restrictions on imports of certain goods.
If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We would recommend contacting your local FedEx, UPS, DHL, or postal carrier to inquire about any additional fees you may be charged on a package coming from the United States or any restrictions on the import of goods before completing your order.
Exclusions & Notes
- Exclusions to free shipping and standard rate shipping may apply for oversized items or items that require proof of delivery. If any item in your order does not qualify for free or standard-rate shipping, we will contact you and inform you of the shipping cost.
- If you choose USPS Priority Mail for an international shipment and a package is lost or damaged, Cura360 cannot be held responsible for the replacement value.
- Some manufacturers restrict the sale of their products outside of the United States. We will notify you if you order an item that cannot be sold outside of the United States.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders placed before 3 pm CST (Monday - Friday) will generally be processed the same day and the stock items that are not custom-built are shipped within 24 hours. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) within 3-5 business days (for orders being shipped within the contiguous United States). Due to supply chain issues, these are only approximate times.
Please note that some items ship from our warehouse while others ship directly to you from the manufacturer. If you order multiple items, you may receive them in different packages at different times so don’t be alarmed if you do not receive all of your items at once.
Custom-built items like wheelchairs and non-stock items such as custom wheelchair cushions and backs are built to order when they are received. We will keep you informed on the progress and the expected date for shipping such custom orders. Some manufacturers will not ship items directly to you so the item will be shipped to our warehouse and then we will immediately ship the item to you.
We will notify you if there will be any significant or unexpected delay in the shipment of your item(s).
If you have not received your order within 30 days of placing your order and/or 14 days after receiving tracking information for orders placed on our website, please contact us immediately as we may need to file a lost package claim with the shipping carrier and there are specific time limits for filing these claims.

SHIPMENT TRACKING INFORMATION
All packages will have a shipment tracking number. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail once your item(s) have shipped with the carrier’s name and tracking number.
If items in your order are being shipped at different times (i.e., some items shipping directly from us and some items from the manufacturer) this will be noted in the e-mail you receive and you will receive updates as the additional tracking information becomes available.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Cura360 offers expedited shipping (next day, second day and third day express shipping) for an additional charge. These rates will vary depending on the destination, desired delivery date, shipping carrier, and the weight and dimensions of the package(s). Expedited shipping is available for delivery Monday - Saturday.
Please be aware that most products ship directly from the manufacturer to you so expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for your item to arrive once it is ready to ship but will not shorten the production or processing time.

- The date and time (morning and/or by the end of the day) that you need the delivery
- If you prefer delivery from a specific carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) - if not we will choose the carrier with the best rate
- The method by which you would like us to contact you with the quote (phone or e-mail)
- Once we have obtained the quote, we will contact you with the cost for expedited shipping based on the information you have provided.
- Some items are not available for expedited shipping and if that is the case, we will notify you.
Shipping Carriers
Unless a specific carrier is requested, Cura360 will choose the carrier, (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other) that offers the fastest delivery time for your shipping destination.
Quick Ship Items
Many vendors carry extensive stock, so it’s possible for some larger items such as scooters or power wheelchairs to ship faster than other products from the warehouse. Please contact Cura360 for specific details on specific products. This feature may come with additional shipping costs.

Shipping errors must be reported within a maximum of 5 days of receiving your order.
Freight Damage
Sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. As soon as you receive your item(s) take a moment to inspect the carton or packaging. If it is obviously damaged write this down on the freight bill or carrier's registry at the time of delivery. This is important because if the damage is not adequately described the freight carrier may refuse to honor a claim. Also, make sure to open the carton or packaging as soon as possible because sometimes the package looks fine but when you open it the contents have been damaged.
