Job Summary

This position is a hybrid role between managing Cura360 retail store and providing sales support to Cura360 inbound enquiries generated through its online marketplace. Initially, the role will be home based and upon launch of the Cura360 store in the Dallas/Frisco/Plano area, the role will be based in the store location. The online marketplace generates several incoming chats, phone calls and inquiries on a daily basis and these need to be converted into sales by providing excellent support and the right solutions to help the customers with their medical and wellness needs. The key focus of the role is to provide customer support and the right solutions to convert sales leads generated from the Cura360 marketplace and from the customers visiting the Cura360 Dallas Store. As part of the customer support team, data entry, CRM, process orders and assist on post sales customer service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to the customers visiting the Cura360 retail store (Likely to be in Frisco, Plano, McKinney area) that will have products such as mobility scooters, fitness equipment and Cura360 wellness products.
  • Manage the inbound sales inquiries, phone calls, online chats by providing the required support and solutions.
  • Convert sales leads that are generated by marketing campaigns, customer online inquiries, inbound customer calls, email campaigns, Facebook Leads, web chats, Amazon marketing and other partner web stores. 
  • Manage a sales pipeline, sales activity, and monthly business forecasting through customer interfacing activities and sales leads analysis.
  • Ensure the Cura360 store is maintained, manage store inventory, and shop is kept up to the highest standard. 
  • Achieve monthly sales quota and maintain highest customer satisfaction level. 
  • Provide after sales customer service and support to customers already purchased our products.
  • The role does “not require to make cold calls”, this person will need to make outgoing calls to follow up with the incoming customer inquiries and leads that are generated online and customers calling/visiting the store.

Requirements

As this role involves managing the Cura360 store, the person is required to work in person after the first 2 months at the Cura360 Dallas area location and remote work is not possible after the store opening.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma, at least 3 years work experience.
  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people: Must have!
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service required
  • Inbound customer support experience with conversion into sales especially good phone communication skills and conversation skills. 
  • Prior experience of selling medical and wellness would be desirable.
  • Make outgoing phone calls and communicate with the customers that make incoming enquiries.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based and telephonic communication. Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit, outgoing character and positive attitude; high degree of energy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible
