Unloader One® is designed to relieve osteoarthritis knee pain and wearing it may help improve mobility. It features Össur's patented 3-point Leverage System, which combines a single hinge with dual Dynamic Force System™ straps to generate unloading of the affected knee joint.
Unloader One can be worn for your daily activities. Clinically proven to reduce the pain associated with unicompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee, this brace is designed for average to high-impact activities, indoors as well as outdoors. It can also help reduce your reliance on pain medication and avoid negative side effects.

How To Use Ossur Knee Support Brace
- Open upper and lower Quick Fit Buckles.
- Position the brace on the patient's leg, aligning the hinge at mid patella and midline of A/P.
- Secure the lower Quick-Fit Buckle by placing its button into the appropriate keyhole above the Buckle Stability Shelf. Use the palm of your hand to snap it closed, matching the button's color with the keyhole.
- Bend the knee to an 80° angle with the foot flat on the floor.
- Secure the upper Quick-Fit Buckle by matching its button with the appropriate keyhole and closing it carefully.
- Turn the upper dosing dial clockwise to tighten the Dynamic Force Control System strap to the prescribed position.
- Adjust strap tension based on the patient's pain relief feedback.
- To ensure strap security and prevent accidental disengagement, consider using keyhole locks in the calf and thigh shells if desired.Unloader One is available in pre-fabricated and Custom version

You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, misuse, or operation beyond capacity, parts damaged by improper installation, substitution or parts not approved by Össur, or any other alteration or repair by others that, in Össur’s judgment, materially or adversely affects the product or part.
The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product, but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Össur’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at Össur’s sole discretion.
