The Red Light Therapy Pod is yet another convenient, effective way to treat your entire body with red and near-infrared light therapy. The pod features a soft, flexible neoprene outside shell with a beautifully embroidered Hooga logo.
On the inside, you'll find 1800 red and near-infrared light-emitting diodes that deliver high irradiance so you can get a quick, efficient treatment in the comfort of your home.
The full-body red light therapy pod comes with two controllers, one for each side of the wrap which allows you to adjust your brightness, and the length of your treatment as well as enable pulse mode if desired.
The mat measures 63 inches long by 24 inches wide. It can also be unzipped to create one large mat 48 inches wide.
The electrical field output is 0.14 V/m at the surface.

Treatment
- Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing
- Plug the light therapy controller for both the top section and bottom section of the pod into a wall outlet. Turn the power button on.
- Choose desired treatment time and brightness.
- Start your treatment, relax, and enjoy the healing properties of the red light.
- It is normal for the pod to warm up a little bit during your treatment due to the LEDs and your body heat.
