Included with your mat is an adjustable controller with time settings, a multilayer waterproof protective cover, a user manual, and a carrying/storage case.

PURE AMETHYST CRYSTALS: Amethyst crystals have the unique ability to generate healing infrared rays and negative ions when heated. The amethyst stones and crystals in our mat are sourced from Brazil and are 2-7mm in size after being crushed, tumbled, and polished. Since ancient times, amethyst has been known for its calming and healing effects as well as its detoxifying effects on the body. Our mat is filled with 14 pounds of the finest amethyst crystals that can be found.

NEGATIVE IONS & INFRARED RAYS: Our amethyst heating mat generates negative ions (anions) to alkalize and restore the natural electrical field of cells.
