PREMIUM, CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL: Our full-body grounding mat is composed of 23% silver fiber, 29% cotton and 48% polyester at the surface for not only grounding conductivity, but also the health benefits of laying on a high-silver surface. The mat measures 71” x 29.5” and comes with a 15 foot grounding cord to connect to a grounded electrical outlet.

HOW IT WORKS: Grounding uses the earth's natural energy to improve health and well-being. The earth carries a slightly negative electrical charge. When you come into direct contact with the earth, either by standing barefoot or by using our grounding mat, this charge is transferred to your body. In your body, these negatively charged free electrons work as antioxidants which neutralize  harmful free radicals and help you to realize many health benefits.

SET UP: To use, simply unroll the mat, snap the grounding cord onto the mat and plug the cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the ground system connected to the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive silver surface of the grounding mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of grounding while indoors.

WHERE TO USE: Use our grounding mat as a floor mat to rest your feet on either at work or at home, or use the grounding mat as a computer or desk mat to rest your arms on while working on a computer. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping costs. Customer is responsible for the Return Label.

  • All returns MUST be pre-approved
  • If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed
