The warranty only covers NON-DELIVBERATE OR NON-ACCIDENTAL damage. Damage caused by user negligence, accidental damage, intentional or not, is not covered under this warranty. Products that have been subjected to negligence, abuse, improper storage, improper handling or operation, and any modification or misuse are not covered by this warranty. Any damage caused by improper usage, or normal wear and tear is not covered, and you should not use this warranty claim. If you are sure you need to file a warranty claim, please provide as much information as you can about the issue.
Upon warranty claim, we will ask for photos of the chair to verify its condition. If photos cannot be provided, warranty parts will not be provided. Great standing wheelchair
Bought this chair from Cura360, they are very knowledgeable on this product, This is first time I have used standing wheelchairs, it helps me get around easily especially narrow areas as it has good free wheel rotation, the standing feature is really good, now I can reach shelves in my kitchen. The head tilts sufficiently and recline. Nice product.

Great standing chair
Bought this chair on Cura360, good advise, was best price, the standing feature is very useful, now I can reach out to things and helps with blood circulation. It can penetrate narrow doors, have used it for 4 months and have no complains
