Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.

This warranty is applicable to the Robooter Power Wheelchair line ("the Product") and is provided by Robooter to the original purchaser ("the Customer"). The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and covers defects or premature failure in the following components: battery, tires, wheels, frame, motors, controller, and cushions.
Coverage:
- Battery: This warranty covers defects or premature failure of the power wheelchair's battery within the specified 1-year period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the battery.
- Tires and Wheels: Defects or premature failure of tires and wheels are covered under this warranty. Damages resulting from punctures, cuts, or excessive wear due to misuse are not covered.
- Frame: The warranty covers defects in the structural integrity of the power wheelchair's frame. It does not cover damages caused by neglect, accidents, or intentional harm.
- Motors and Controller: Defects or premature failure of the motors and controller are covered under this warranty. Any damage resulting from neglect, accidents, or intentional damage is excluded.
- Cushions: This warranty covers defects or premature failure of the wheelchair cushions within the specified 1-year period. Damages caused by neglect, accidents, or misuse are not covered.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages, defects, or premature failure caused by the following:
- Neglect, abuse, or misuse of the power wheelchair.
- Accidents, collisions, or any form of impact.
- Inflicted damage, intentional harm, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
- Water Immersion (not simply rain, wet driving, or splashes)

- To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and contact their dealer or reseller, or Robooter within the warranty period.
- The dealer or reseller will contact Robooter, who will assess the claim and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty service.
- Warranty service may involve repair or replacement of the defective component, at the discretion of Robooter.
- The Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service, if necessary. In most cases Robooter will facilitate the repair with your local dealer directly.
- Limitation of Liability: Robooter is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the power wheelchair. The total liability of Robooter under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
