Most products featured on Cura360.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase depending upon the manufacturer’s return policy.

For specific return information or authorization, please contact Cura360's Customer Service Department at [email protected] or call 833-207-3433 for authorization. Returns cannot be processed without contacting Cura360 first, and some items are non-returnable when opened due to health risks.

Generally, you can expect a credit or refund, less a restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs. 

·       Restocking Fees range based on the Manufacturers policies, typically between 20-30%

·       All returns MUST be pre-approved by Cura360

·       If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved, we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed

·       Shipping costs are not reimbursable

·       Returns due to damage or defect must be reported as soon as possible and pictures may be required

THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE UNITED STATES DOMESTIC MARKET.

Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by Sunny Health & Fitness are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

All Sunny Health and Fitness products are manufactured and tested with the highest quality standards and quality control processes. This warranty is limited to the non-commercial use of Sunny Health and Fitness products purchased in the United States.

Sunny Health & Fitness warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product.

Any commercial and/or industrial use of Sunny Health & Fitness products including but not limited to commercial gyms, shared facilities (apartments, condos, and residential associations) and similar environments will automatically VOID the warranty.

Any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand-new condition and not be used or refurbished in any way shape or form. If you would like to confirm eligibility on warranty please contact Cura360 Customer Service.

Sunny Health and Fitness recommends that the item is tested with caution after fully assembled to make sure that it is structurally fit and that all parts are in working order. We recommend testing the assembled product with caution in order to make sure it is in full working order prior to full use of the product. If any item is missing, damaged or not working please contact our support team to get any issues fixed prior to usage of the product. Sunny Health and fitness is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper assembly, misuse or the failure to properly assemble the product.

Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product to ensure proper functionality and a long lasting product.

This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product.

Any commercial and/or industrial use of Sunny Health & Fitness products including but not limited to commercial gyms, shared facilities (apartments, condos, and residential associations) and similar environments will automatically VOID the warranty.

In order for us to honor your warranty for parts and components, we do REQUIRE photos/video evidence of the damaged part/component to accurately diagnose the issue and ensure the replacement part/component will complete the claim. 

After a claim is submitted and Sunny Health & Fitness determines that a replacement part will resolve or fix the issue reported, we reserve the right to send out the replacement part per the Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Only in the event that a replacement part will not resolve the issue, Sunny Health & Fitness will look into alternate solutions.

EXCLUSIONS - NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (In some instances States do not allow for such limitations, so this may not apply to all owners).

Sunny Health & Fitness may, at its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the products returned to Sunny Health & Fitness. If product is no longer available or discontinued Sunny Health & Fitness may, at its discretion, replace with a similar item. Any replacement unit whether new or refurbished will have a continued warranty from the original date of purchase only. Sunny Health & Fitness has the full rights to inspect any Sunny Health & Fitness products reported as defective prior to repair or replacement. Any repair or replacement EXCLUDES shipping, labor, assembly or re-assembly and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with return, replacement and assembly of your product.

The following are not covered under the limited warranty:

• Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual
• Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages
• Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage
• Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained
• Repair for any noises such as, but not limited to: squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance

Sunny Health & Fitness reserves the rights to modify the warranty at any time, it being understood that any such modifications will not supersede warranty conditions that are applicable at the time of the original sale of products in question.

PROTECTION PLANS OR EXTENDED WARRANTIES

The Extend Protection Plan is a single replacement program that allows for a 1-time replacement of a like or comparable product should it become defective. Extend protects your products with a simple, affordable plan so your product is covered even after the manufacturer's warranty expires. Just add the plan to your purchase during checkout.

Once purchased, the Extend Protection Plan is activated after the 180-day Limited Warranty on Other Parts & Components ends.
