Cura360 Return Policy

Most products featured on Cura360.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase depending upon the manufacturer’s return policy. 

For specific return information or authorization, please contact Cura360's Customer Service Department at [email protected] or call 833-207-3433 for authorization. Returns cannot be processed without contacting Cura360 first, and some items are non-returnable when opened due to health risks.


Generally, you can expect a credit or refund, less a restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs. 

·       Restocking Fees range based on the Manufacturers policies, typically between 20-30%

·       All returns MUST be pre-approved by Cura360

·       If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved, we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed

·       Shipping costs are not reimbursable

·       Returns due to damage or defect must be reported as soon as possible and pictures may be required

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original

purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of

Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Structural Frame Components, including:

 Main Frame  Fork

 Seat Post  Tiller Frame

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of

charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in

material and/or workmanship. Any warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from

the use of parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider:

 Transaxle  Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY)

 Bushings  Bearings

 Brake

Also, Electronic Assemblies including:

 Electronic Controllers  Chargers

 Harnesses  Any Other Electrical Subassembly

SIX-MONTH WARRANTY

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are

not warranted by Pride.

NOTE: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage.

For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase

date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.

 ABS Plastic Shrouds  Motor Brushes  Upholstery and Seating

 Brake Pads  Tires and Tubes  Fuses/Bulbs

 Circumstances beyond the control of Pride

 Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically

authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products

 Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:

 Parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.

 Contamination

 Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence

 Battery fluid spillage or leakage

 Use other than normal design specifications

 Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An

increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.

NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in

cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

SERVICE CHECKS AND WARRANTY SERVICE

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts to Pride without

prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for

repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your authorized Pride Provider for

information on the current cost associated with a service visit.

There is no other express warranty.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited

to one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied

warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all

warranties are excluded.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or

limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
