Generally, Cura360 accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and meets the return criteria. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock after you place your order. In such cases, Cura360's customer support team will promptly notify you and provide options such as offering a similar alternative product, back ordering the item, or issuing a refund for the out-of-stock item.
