TheEasytrack Free Standing Gantry is a free-standing, versatile home solution for all sorts of point-to-point transfers for an individual with mobility issues from a wheelchair to the bed, a bed to a wheelchair, or for use in the bathroom for toileting and bathing assistance. Both the free-standing gantry and the Max Sky 440 portable two-point sling cassette are designed to be strong and sturdy as well as portable for use in a home or to take on vacation or for an overnight stay. The gantry will adjust in both height and width enough for a king-size bed making this is ideal for individuals with limited mobility and age-related health conditions to stay at home in their own bed. This free-standing gantry is also ideal for people who rent their apartment or home and cannot make structural changes to the walls or ceiling.

Generally, you can expect a credit or refund, less a restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.

· All returns MUST be pre-approved by Cura360
· If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved, we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed
· Shipping costs are not reimbursable
· Returns due to damage or defect must be reported as soon as possible and pictures may be required
IMPORTANT If there is significant visible damage to the packaging upon receipt, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact Cura360 Customer Service at customerservice@cura360.
This Warranty covers HoyerPro® Lifts only. Lifts not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to: HML400, HPL700, HPL700WSC, HPL402, C-HLA (and variations). HoyerPro Lifts are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components. Aluminum structural components and welds on lifts are covered under warranty for the lifetime* of the product from the date of delivery. Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions or failure to maintain the product in accordance with user and service instructions is not covered. Any alteration, modification, or repair unless performed by or authorized in writing by Joerns Healthcare will void this warranty.
Parts
HoyerPro Lifts contain various parts that wear from normal use. These parts, such as DC batteries, hydraulic pumps and casters are not covered under the lifetime warranty but are covered for 90 days after date of delivery. Joerns Healthcare’s obligation under this warranty is limited to supplying replacement parts, servicing, or replacing, at its option, any product which is found by Joerns Healthcare to be defective. Warranty replacement parts are covered by the terms of this warranty until the product’s original warranty period expires. When requested by Joerns Healthcare, parts must be returned for inspection at the customer’s expense. Credit will be issued only after inspection.
Service
Most service requests can be handled by the facility Maintenance Department with assistance from the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department. Most parts requested can be shipped next day air at the customer’s expense. Should a technician be required, one will be provided by Joerns Healthcare, at our discretion. Only the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department can dispatch authorized technicians. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the equipment.
