EV Rider Transport 10AH High Capacity Lithium Battery Replacement

Lithium batteries require a Lithium Battery Charger. They also have a BMS that will put the batteries into protection mode to prevent damage.
If your batteries arrive with no voltage, you must deactivate protection mode by charging the batteries with the OEM Gator-Clip chargers. Remember to check the connection type on your existing batteries to see if they use clip-on or screw-on terminal connectors. Please note that batteries need to be charged upon receiving them for several hours. They also need to be broken in to reach their full potential. We strongly recommend speaking with our parts department before placing your order.

Cura360 Return Policy
Most products featured on Cura360.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase depending upon the manufacturer’s return policy.
For specific return information or authorization, please contact Cura360's Customer Service Department at [email protected] or call 833-207-3433 for authorization. Returns cannot be processed without contacting Cura360 first, and some items are non-returnable when opened due to health risks.
Generally, you can expect a credit or refund, less a restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.

· All returns MUST be pre-approved by Cura360
· If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved, we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed
· Shipping costs are not reimbursable
· Returns due to damage or defect must be reported as soon as possible and pictures may be required

THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components;
including platform, seat post, and frame.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
One (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the Scooter or charger is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, at EV Rider, LLC’s option, without charge. Labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number, and date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your EV Rider product.
6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY
All spare parts carry a six-month limited warranty from the day of sale. This includes replacement batteries and chargers sold separately from the original scooter purchase.
