Smooth Ride and Ultra Grip Tracks: The EZ Evacuation Stair Chair features a battery-free & pressure-reliant track system that grips and glides downstairs providing a smoother controlled ride for the patient and reducing stress on the operator. Control the downward speed easily by adjusting the amount of applied pressure on the stairs by the operator. Climbing up the stairs with an occupant in a nonemergency capacity requires the use of the lower lift handles to lift the patient up completely.

NOTE: This stairlift is not battery-operated. Because of this, the Evacuation Chair will require two operators to maneuver the stairlift when going up a staircase.

Generally, you can expect a credit or refund, less a restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.

· All returns MUST be pre-approved by Cura360
· If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved, we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Climbing Steps, Inc will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Climbing Steps, Inc will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or products.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for products purchased from Climbing Steps, Inc is Lifetime on the Frames Welds and 180 days on all parts from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions, misuse, accidents, physical damage, modifications, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
